What is eBonding?
eBonding on ServiceNow allows for bi-directional integrations across various applications housed within your ServiceNow instance.
Benefit:
The primary benefit of an eBonded solution is creating synchronized exchanges between applications. eBonding allows for data to be shared automatically and this means your applications won’t have mismatched data. Clean data means your team doesn’t have to spend manual hours syncing systems which can be a huge time saver.
Critical feature:
Efficiency and cost savings are driven by automation. eBonding simplifies and automates a huge array of tasks to ensure the required systems are in sync. This will allow your teams to deliver services efficiently and drive better user adoption.
Mobility eBonding application
brightfin announces the release of the new AT&T Mobility eBonding application. The app is available at no additional charge to AT&T customers that are subscribed to ServiceNow. It empowers businesses to use the ServiceNow platform to order mobile devices, services and accessories from AT&T Premier.
Premier is AT&T’s enterprise web portal that allows business customers to learn about, purchase, monitor and manage their wireless products and services. Through electronic bonding (eBonding), businesses are able to link their internal ordering and management systems directly to Premier to automate sales and service transactions. ServiceNow is an enterprise software platform organizations leverage to manage IT services.
brightfin’s new app now efficiently brings AT&T Premier and ServiceNow together.
“We are pleased to provide enterprises with another option for managing their mobility services, which now includes placing AT&T orders directly through ServiceNow,” stated Andrew Hartwyk. “This application will increase admin productivity, enhance order accuracy and speed up the time from request to delivery.”
The AT&T Mobility eBonding application is the first and only app of its kind in the ServiceNow Store. It’s full of functionalities that allow admins to order mobile devices, plans, features, accessories, port numbers, suspend lines, reactivate lines, and run reports on orders and fulfillment times.
“We serve more than 3 million businesses that each have unique needs and preferences,” said Abhi Ingle, SVP of Digital, Distribution and Channel Marketing at AT&T. “brightfin’s application provides another fast and convenient way for customers to engage with AT&T and ServiceNow.”
