The COVID-19 pandemic has brought on challenging times for companies and workers around the globe. As most companies have been forced to reduce staff, brightfin’s business is rapidly growing and has made it clear that the jobs of its employees will be protected despite economic uncertainty.
brightfin is excited to welcome Jim Le as the new VP of Product Management. Jim brings a wealth of diverse software experiences in mobility/MMS, TEM, supply chain, and contract management. He has a significant background in both product management and software implementation disciplines. Additionally, he has held leadership positions at VMware Airwatch, Manhattan Associates, and ContractLogix.
Jim obtained his BS in Business Logistics/Supply Chain from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia State University.
At brightfin, Jim will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall product strategy. This includes providing strategic product vision through translating customer’s needs into meaningful software and services, creating a strong bridge between sales, marketing and development, and managing the product team. His vision and leadership will drive customer value and operational excellence.
